Photo Day Information
Before we arrive
- Please complete as many of the preparation items as possible before your appointment.
- If you don't think the home will be ready by your appointment time, please let your Realtor or us know as soon as possible so we can discuss the best course of action.
- If possible, plan to be away during the appointment. This allows us to work efficiently. If you need to remain home, that's completely okay. We'll simply work around occupied areas as needed.
Access
- Please ensure property access has been arranged before your appointment. Provide access instructions to your Realtor or directly to us before the appointment.
- If requested, we're happy to lock the home when finished.
Weather
- Photography is weather dependent, and appointments may need to be rescheduled if conditions are unfavorable.
Pets
- Please secure pets before the appointment.
